Artist's Description

Guadalupe in communion with the white roses creating an all-seeing auric halo. The white rose's modern meaning is innocence and purity, honor and reverence, the earliest meaning for the white rose was one of true love, but now-a-days the red rose has taken that over.

About James RODERICK

James RODERICK

James Joseph Roderick grew up in Provincetown, Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the 50's and 60's and attended the Art Institute of Boston in the early 70's. Since moving to Colorado in the mid-nineties, his art has fully turned into an honoring of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine in us all. He has painted over 60 images of The Virgin of Guadalupe. His mission, through his art work, is to bring awareness to the feminine side of the Divine. He can be contacted at roderickartworks@gmail.com.
