Artist's Description

This is called 'Her Candles'. As the artist, I in vision The Guadalupe being pleased with her image being used to spread a little light into the world. The original sold at the Ajo, Arizona Guadalupe Show, where I exhibited over sixty of my Guadalupes at a one man show through the Under the Arches Gallery.

James RODERICK

James Joseph Roderick grew up in Provincetown, Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the 50's and 60's and attended the Art Institute of Boston in the early 70's. Since moving to Colorado in the mid-nineties, his art has fully turned into an honoring of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine in us all. He has painted over 60 images of The Virgin of Guadalupe. His mission, through his art work, is to bring awareness to the feminine side of the Divine. He can be contacted at roderickartworks@gmail.com.
